Shipping Policy

ALLOW 3-5 WORKING DAYS FROM ORDER DATE FOR YOUR DELIVERY TO BE DISPATCHED. WE DO NOT DELIVER ON WEEKENDS ALL ORDERS ARE DISPATCHED MONDAY - THURSDAY. IF YOU HAVE A URGENT ORDER REQUEST FOR A SPECIFIC OCCASION PLEASE EMAIL OR WHATS APP US FIRST TO CONFIRM.

Our aim is to dispatch orders within 3-5 working days from payment being received. Occasionally this is not possible due to the nature of our rare fresh produce, items such as Durian, Jackfruit, Santol and Soursop are bought to order to ensure maximum freshness, thus may take slightly longer for you to receive. Once dispatched your fruit consignment will be sent via recorded next day delivery. Tracking number and delivery updates will be sent via email.

If you are not available to accept delivery courier will generally leave a note to confirm if parcel has been delivered to a local safe storage point, or a redelivery  will be rescheduled. Always follow delivery note instructions, please contact courier or us as soon as possible if delivery is missed, as the nature of items are perishable.

All Orders are sent out Monday - Thursday only, as to avoid perishable items being held up in mail transit over the weekend.
