Yes this fruit is a Melon! Pepino Melon can be enjoyed with your fruit salads or as toppings on your smoothie bowls. A surprisingly nutrient dense fruit. You can spot a ripe Pepino Melon by the smooth golden yellow colour of the fruit with purple strips but the intensely aromatic smell . When you take a bite you notice the flavours are much milder with subtle honeyed flavours.
